In the apartments the hotel day lasts from 03.00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. of the following day. The guests may arrive till 08.00 p.m. at the latest. In some special cases we accept later checking-in under the prior arrangement. In order to pick up the keys to the apartment, please contact the day before arrival to arrange your arrival time.
In order to book our apartments it is enough to call the following telephone number: +48 665 665 465, or e-mail: info@apartamenty.sopot.pl. After checking availability on the given dates, the reservation will be confirmed by e-mail in which we will give You the account number to which the non-refundable deposit equal to 40% of the reservation value should be paid within 4 days. Deposit can be also paid by credit card. Lack of the payment on our account results in automatic annulment of the reservation. The remaining 60% of the amount should be paid by bank transfer, credit card or by cash at least on arrival day.
If the reservation takes place later than 5 days prior to the arrival date, 100% deposit should be made to the account.
As a standard each booking person will be given an invoice, VAT included. If the invoice should be issued for a different person or a company, please, give a detailed data during making the reservation.
